By conducting a Basic Design before deciding on a general contractor, we can scrutinize the details of the design, clarify the overall cost, and manage the appropriate cost until the completion of construction. Minimize additions and changes at the Construction stage.

Plantec expanded business to Vietnam in 2011, established a subsidiary in Thailand in 2012, and has implemented several innovative architectural design projects mainly in ASEAN countries and also the United States and Mexico. In February 2025, we established a subsidiary in Mexico.
Compared to other major design firms, our key strengths are our extensive experience overseas for more than 10 years and our ability to make proposals based on our deep knowledge of various local conditions, not just support from Japan.
Going forward, we will continue to focus on supporting the facility strategies of Japanese companies’ expansion to overseas bases, and support establishing foreign companies based in Japan. We will propose architectural design solutions that will solve social issues in countries around the world.
