An urban planning project for the Sora Garden area, located 30 km north of Ho Chi Minh City, is being developed by Becamex Tokyu. In creating the master plan for the Sora Garden area, which is based on the concept of “ALWAYS NEW!”, we analyzed the site’s surroundings and road conditions, and divided the area into three themes: residential, commercial, and office, surrounded by seven elements: nature, culture, work, school, transportation, medical, and ICT. The proposal is to create a town where each area can be enjoyed in a different way. With the goal of creating a distinctive Binh Duong city where “any place can be enjoyed together, and where every moment is inspiring”, we will work closely with Becamex Tokyu over the next 40 years to bring Japan’s advanced design technology and quality to the local market.
